Any furniture you walk around cancels drawing

The first space I tried was quite complicated but the rooms were empty. So I thought it might be possible. Wrong the floor plan looked like a 3 year old did a drawing of a shoelace.
The second space was quite simple but I had to walk around a reception desk so the app could not attach the lines and left my last attempt unmeasurable.
Not worth the upgrade for me but I hope you have better luck
